April 14 JWN General Meeting (highly likely to be cancelled)
The venue is currently closed. Board elections will be postponed until May or September (no meetings over summer) depending on conditions. Under our JWN bylaws, currently serving board members continue their terms until they are either replaced via an election held at a scheduled physical meeting or he/she formally resigns. If a board member resigns, the seat becomes vacant and quorum rules for action are reduced to reflect the size of the board minus the resigned member.
