This area of the JWN Web site provides a forum for JWN members to express their
comments and opinions on any item of concern to the neighborhood.

Guidelines
Format: Please submit an unformatted Word, RTF, or plain text document. The
following formatting is supported: bold, underline, and italics.
Maximum length: 250 words.
Subjects: Subject should be directly related to neighborhood topics.
Contact info: Name, address, and phone or e-mail address are required. No
contact information will be published unless requested.
Summary: Please include a 25 word or less summary of the topic, which will be
used on the Viewpoint index page.
Content: Submissions should not contain profanity or abusive language.
Editing: Submissions may be edited for length, punctuation, grammar, and clarity.
Acceptance for publication on Web site. The JWN Chair is responsible for all
decisions regarding acceptance and editing of submissions.
Frequency: No more than one submission per month will be published from any
individual.
